Please read the first page of this: https://fossaorg.files.wordpress.com/2021/08/media.pdf for the PCR test. It says on the first page in red bold faced letters:

"For Emergency Use Only".

This was one of the early PCR testing protocols, not all PCR testing, back when there was no good testing. That has changed. Now there are 280 approved PRC tests.

Again, the withdrawal of one EUA for one PCR test does not affect all other PCR tests.
