Why not take Ivermectin asap after being diagnosed and waiting to see if you get sick enough to go to hospital?

Five days ago I began experiencing all of the symptoms of COVID. Next day the symptoms were worse, and the following day even worse. Yesterday for the first time I began using Ivermectin and HCQ along with my usual 10,000IU of D-3 and Zinc. By days end I was feeling better. Now, five days from onset of the symptoms I feel pretty much back to normal. I’ll continue all supplements for three more days and expect to be fully recovered by then.
