Short term if REAL-GOP takes control and keeps it in '24. Long term if the LEFT retains control of either house or POTUS!

Try “43.4 capital gains tax” in your favorite non-Google search engine.

I found a Forbes article from June 21 suggesting that 43.4% would be the highest marginal rate for long term capital gains. The breakpoint for this rate appears to be $1M, but that’s uncertain.
