Well, according to the article they work, even if they aren't 100% effective. The vaccinated have much lower rates of infection and much lower rates of serious symptoms than the unvaccinated.

By the way, I am NOT vaccinated. Why? Because of things I've read about possible LONG-TERM effects of the vaccines on blood clotting and cell structure.
