What you wrote seems to be indicative of the two-shot mRNA vaccines. But it appears that the J&J one-shot vaccine has reasonable efficacy against delta (although there doesn’t appear to be a test that can detect “delta”).
Our pharmacists, who is a friend of mine, recommends the J&J. He also is a fan of the Ivermectin treatment.
