Fully agree that China should be made to pay. Unfortunately President Trump was the last president who could actually do something about it.
I really fault Trump for this, it was a coordinated attack on the United States, he failed to respond. I really think Trump never really had good control of the Government or Military..Made bad picks in staffing which caused all kinds of issues, got bad advice and think he was more about the show than work.
