Your employer is not in the business of litigating, and is choosing to lay low. Fine and dandy. But if push came to shove and your employer did not want to risk having an unvaxxed employee, the law would come inno play.
At that point, the religious exemption truly is mostly illusory.
Much of legal principle is illusion. Law is about who controls the rule of law ... and the controller of that rule is the government. The government owns ALL the players.
My mom works as a part-time nurse at on of the Methodist group hospitals here. Apparently they pushed the “vaccine” mandate out last week, and her religious exemption was denied. I told her to at least force them to fire you, you lose a lot of recourse or possible UI benefits if you just quit.
