Umm, this is the public figure. Real crooks always publish this sort of crappola and then when asked about bribes (hint: Clinton Foundation, Ukraine, etc) can say: “Oh, that? We accounted for that. Next question.”
The guy with a shred of honesty left hems and haws and “looks into it”. Usually returns it.
