New Delhi-based World Is One News (WION) reported in February 2021 that Brazil rejected Pfizer’s demands, calling them “abusive.” The demands included that Brazil:

“Waives sovereignty of its assets abroad in favor of Pfizer.”
Not apply its domestic laws to the company.
Not penalize Pfizer for vaccine delivery delays.
Exempt Pfizer from all civil liability for side effects.

So calling it the Chinese vax was not hyperbole. And explains why FDA approved it even though it doesn't work and kills people.

China does it again.

p.s. Look to Australia for what complete Chinese domination looks like. They are one, maybe two stages ahead of us down there.
