Maybe it is not a false flag but a feint by the White Hats to try to trick the black hats into thinking the report will be delayed and get them to make some sort of stupid move.
I believe one thing has already happened with the FDA approval of the vaccines before they are really ready. Who knows what the fallout is going to be on this, prayers up!
