The point here is that the governor is ALLOWING business to put her constituents in danger from the shot. There is no business protection from causing harm.

And not just businesses. City, county and other employees such as first responders, cops, non-profit hospitals etc can force vaxes. I remember years ago the San Diego Fire Dept chief told several firefighters to drive an engine in the “Gay Pride” parade. They refused and were fired. They filed a lawsuit and subsequently won, ruling was that their rights were violated, and they were awarded $ and reinstated in their jobs. And driving in a homo parade is not a potential health or life threatening action such as getting vaxxed.
