Isn’t low carb a wonderful way to get back to a healthy weight? My wife and I are losing weight with it, too.
I had a rice cake for breakfast with diet peanut utter and a cup of black coffee, for lunch i had a salad with diet dressing. Yhe next person to even look at me is going to get a pitchfork thru their eyes as I now in line at taco bell for some real food. WTH? It works well for me. Of course there’s a lot of things I can’t eat, but there’s a lot I can eat that I like and as much as I want and still lose weight. Steak, chicken, pork chops, bacon, fish, cheese, eggs, sugar-free jello, whipping cream in my coffee, and more. The only thing I miss about high carb food is the convenience, but discipline and planning ahead works wonders.
