I don’t get why Trump is still pushing the vax but I trust the guy pretty implicitly so he must have a reason. I’ve decided to just let it go. He’s not trying to force anybody.
This shows that Trump supporters are not mindless drones who will do anything he says. It also dispells the myth that Trump has encouraged people to reject the vaccine.

This looks like a typo, I think he is saying that he took the vaccine. Why would President Trump take the vaccine when he had the coronavirus and thus has natural immunity?

The most popular vaccine in the US and the one about to get FDA approval is the Pfizer. Recent studies show it is now less than 40% effective against the “delta variant”. The studies that show otherwise intentionally include data that is not current.
Trump should avoid the issue. The van is becoming more and more controversial. He needs to focus on the overall health of America’s economy, foreign affairs, energy, etc.
That's the correct way to handle it. Not with mandates and ID cards.
I believe Trump is privy to information for national security reasons can not be made public including how the vaccine was created and for that matter how long we've actually had the means to produce it. It would have to do with Bio-Warfare research and counter measure research. My Cholesterol medications a Statin gave me far more discomfort than my vaccines. I cut the Statin out and felt much better.

No, it shows how much he believes in our freedom - that he personally trusts the vaccines, but he wouldn’t make them mandatory.
He probably doesn’t own a gun, but he fiercely defends the second amendment. How is this any different?
It also shows that he is starting to think what most of us already know...the vaccine doesn’t work and actually makes you more susceptible to other variants. My step mother 65 was vaccinated 5 weeks ago she has diabetes and thought she was in the high risk category. Today she is on a ventilator for wait for it.... wait for it... COVID.
He got the shot, and he had Covid. None of this makes any sense.
