I nailed one HR person when they had a Teams witch hunt for a possible rouge manager.

One policy was changed nationwide, though they made it as a local branch problem. No one up high was disciplined (fired).

I have another for when they have the monthly Safety Stand Down for the China Virus.

My company has three (3) unwritten rules:

1) Don't draw attention to yourself

2) Don't rock the boat

3) Don't make career limiting moves

I violated all three long time ago (post Hussein).

Managers have verbally stated these Rules.

One stated to me several times "Better you than me". His way of thanking me.
