Why are we using ESA for this launch? Something to do with payload size or is the ESA chipping in on funding?

Big mistake if you ask me. I don’t think any other country, or countries, wants to see us succeed. They all want to see us taken down a notch. As if Biden doesn’t already do that in spades.
