That’s bordering on negligence right there. And if you’re intentionally negligent and someone dies as a result of that negligence, in Georgia, that’s Voluntary Manslaughter. And laws are pretty much the same everywhere.

Yeah the good doctor may want issue a retraction and say he “misspoke”.

He’s giving them till October 1 to find another doctor. I thought that was too lenient but now it seems others find it negligent.

The patients will have to realize that if they find a doctor who treats everyone they may end up in a waiting room full of covid. See how this works? It’s a contagious disease.
