I guess we will get to read the police report and learn about the sobriety tests.

Cops don’t arrest people for DUI Willy-nilly. The paperwork is a bitch. It adds about 90 minutes to your shift.

But people arrested for DUI never drink. They always tell the cop they weren’t drinking, or they just had two.

I tend to believe the cops in these siruations. But that’s why there are judges and trials.
