How? If he was using Torrent software, that would make sense. Otherwise, that tells me they hacked him somehow. His defense could have a field day with that.
From other reports there is stuff all up in his computer and phone. Plus at the time it came in he was there at the computer and from what has been said it can be proved he was there.
It would be nice if they could provide that little detail.
That suggests the presence of the illegal images on an internet server, not just a computer used by Duggar. That could be evidence of some kind of activity by Duggar, or it could be a result of activity by a third party with access to the server.
That seems like something both the defense and the prosecutors should want to fully understand,
That's my first thought. The only way I could think of that happening is if he was on some Peer to Peer system, like Torrent, and actively trading, or if he was set up as a server. Otherwise, I think they would have had to hack his computer.
