Teenage former first son Barron Trump was photographed in the Big Apple this week — towering over his 5-foot-11-inch mom, Melania.
The rarely photographed youngest son of former President Donald Trump is already 6 feet 7 inches tall — even though he only just turned 15.
He looked every inch of it on Wednesday when he stood head and shoulders over his mom and their security detail as they were snapped leaving their Manhattan home, the suitably named Trump Tower.
The towering teen, wearing a dark, long-sleeve T-shirt tucked into his jeans, also appeared to show impeccable manners, with the Daily Mail saying he was carrying his mother’s bag for her.(snip)
The former president — himself no slouch at 6 feet 3 — marveled at a GOP event in North Carolina last month how his youngest is also already the tallest.
“Barron is 6-foot-7, can you believe it? And he’s 15,” Trump said.
“Eric is short — he’s only 6-foot-6,” he joked of his 37-year-old son, who was previously the tallest in the family.

Oh thanks. Although I am grateful I do have a good deal of time - especially with an iPad. :) Even during the semester when I’m working with students via iPad Zoom.
Problem is FR is not very good for showcasing threads. You can accidentally see every thread related to it for weeks on end, or never see any at all.
I appreciate that some “missed it” - but this is not a real hot NEWS item anyway. Not something worth bringing back.

I find a human interest story about Trump's son rather interesting once in a while.

Hope this doesn’t sound churlish, just reminding folks some of us miss stuff. This is a darling story and I’m glad I got to see it. Peace.

We are basically a German country. My mother (first gen American, her father was born in German, although he came here are a toddler, her mother was from Ireland) once told me that 60% of then Americans had some German ancestry. I don’t remember when this survey was taken, at some point in the 20th century.
All of our current ethnic issues would be easily solved, in two generations, if we could convince white people to have one or two more children per couple.
Lighten up.

Maybe Barron is carrying some money out of Trump Tower to add to his father’s Political Action Committee.
Or, maybe Melania doesn’t travel light.
