Longtime Rush Limbaugh Show Executive Producer James ‘Bo Snerdley’ Golden will host a daily one-hour show on Red Apple Media Conservative Talk 770 WABC New York/107.1 WLIR-FM Hampton Bays NY starting Monday, August 23.
Golden, who has been hosting a Saturday morning show at WABC since March, will take over the 4-5pm hour that has been held by Lidia Curanaj since January. The New York native spent 30 years as part of Limbaugh’s show as EP and call screener. He previously co-hosted a Sunday night show on WABC from 1992 to 1998.
I’m guessing that they don’t want him competing with Sexton and Travis near the same time.
He’s on the next show after Rudy Giuliani’s hour at WABC.

I listened to Rush every day in NY WOR and Bo was his producer ???
Well, Rush’s show was on WOR—and he produced it—now they carry the Sexton and Travis show that replaced it.
But doing a show himself, he’s been on WABC only
That’s a good lineup: Giuliani, Bo, then Mark. It’s the best lineup since Limbaugh, Hannity, Levin, and then Bob Grant from 2007-2008.
I’m right there with you. Neither Travis nor Sexton have any broadcast personality at all. Buck used to sub for Rush. Rush got rid of him. Bongino, same thing. These morons are being hired by resumes verses talent. Ex CIA. Ex-FBI/Secret Sevice, but Rush was not a swamp creature. He was all talent. Bo Snerdly has that gift as well. Only problem is that his new show is just 1 hour.
Sad part is for over 27 years at 11am (where I’m at) it was Rush, even at work i rigged up an antenna and listen to it im my office on a portable radio. Now...no desire. Closest thing to Rush is Steve Bannon, but that Porky Pig interupting is just too much for me. Really wish Rush put more thought into his audience and seriously groomed a successor. I knw he was sick and all, but dammit, no one out there is worth a crap!
He may not have known of any suitable successors. You have to be a workaholic genius with a great sense of humor to do what Rush did. Rare birds.
