Looks like prophylaxis is the way to go. 86% compared to 72% for early treatment. Late treatment = hospital/bad.
I'm going to have to do some reading there, check out some studies. Brett Weintein show I saw said Ivermectin is oil soluble and also said take it with food due to that.

Check FLCCC.com. The recommendation is .2mg per Kilogram weight. You must add zinc to the protocol for effectiveness. The ivermectin brings zinc into the cells which then works against covid. I’m not a doctor but go to the site and you will see the recommendations.

Elemental Zinc 50-100mg once a day for 7 days
Vitamin C 1000mg 1 time a day for 7 days
Vitamin D3 10000iu once a day for 7 days or 50000iu once a day for 1-2 days
Azithromycin 500mg 1 time a day for 5 days or
Doxycycline 100mg 2 times a day for 7 days
Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) 200mg 2 times a day for 5-7 days and/or
Ivermectin 0.4-0.5mg/kg/day for 5-7 days
Either or both HCQ and IVM can be used, and if one only, the second agent may be added after about 2 days of treatment if obvious recovery has not yet been observed etc.
other protocols say .2mg/kg
basically, a normal sized person would most likely be OK with 12mg ivermectin twice a day ...
0.2mg/kg for prophylaxis.
0.4/kg - 0.5mg/kg for therapeutic / early treatment
and load up on Vit D and take normal dose of Vit A & C.

So here in Idaho pretty much all the doctors work for organizations that do not allow them to prescribe a drug off label, or 'unapproved' usage. The entire cabal is focused on preventing you, the American Citizen, from fighting Covid cheaply. Do a search for FLCCC Alliance. Go to their website and download the *.pdf file. It details 4 Therapeutics protocols (Prevention, Early at-home treatment, late stages treatment, residual effects after recovery). It also provides a 1 page recap of the pros and cons of the mRNA shots.
It also provides a listing of all the doctors who will prescribe therapeutics, including ones with Tele-Medicine practices and which states they are licensed to prescribe in.

I got mine from India 12mg and the
Ziverdo kit that has Ivermectin, zinc and doxycycline
First week 2 Ivermectin and once every 7 days as a preventative

Ivermectin builds up in your system which is the reason for that first double dose.
Treatment is 18-24mg or 0.4mg/kg of body weight once a day for five days according to FLCCC.
Your link goes to doxycycline, not ivermectin.
