Rather than what it means - you want to get people to infer something different: That getting the vaccine increased the risk of severe disease, rather than what the comments actually were - that there is an increased risk of heaving disease as longer amounts of time passes and the antibodies dissipate.

She clearly said (cut and past) from her words on youtube I posted from post number 9,
"Additionally, reports from our international colleagues, including Israel, suggest increased risk of severe disease amongst those vaccinated early"
