If I had to guess I would go with top members of these three groups: white liberal elites like John Kerry, ‘Meathead’ and Hyde Park Commies like Ayers and Martha’s Vineyard bored ‘elites’ - (American style commies), a few members of the Congressional Black Caucus, and Chinese Communists.

The gubmint is running itself. Think of any organization you can imagine. Say a Fortune 500 company. If the CEO went missing they wouldn’t cease to function. They’d keep making cars, or coke or whatever it is that they do. I fundamentally see no difference here.
There’s some decision making I’m sure from the WH via a chief of staff or whatever but largely the spys are spying, the treasury is printing money, the ambassadors are attending dinners. Life goes in quite nicely.

I agree with you. This is Obama’s third term. It has all the earmarks of his evil and incompetence.

I agree with you about obama. obama never ran anything he was just a figurehead. The same people that were behind obama are agin running things.

Obama didn't run anything when he was president, much less now. He was as much of a puppet as Slo Joe. The same people that owned Obama own Slo Joe though, they're the ones really running things. Likewise Hillary would have been a figurehead had she gotten into office, she was obviously on someone's payroll.
As a general rule, if you've gotten rich off of the democrat book deal payoff scheme (Obama, Hillary, etc.) you're not the one in charge, you're working for those in charge.

I don’t believe any President aside from Trump, who still disappointed me... runs anything. The party does. We vote for a figurehead who reads teleprompters. I also don’t believe there are really two parties... there’s a Monoparty who raises interest and monies by goading the public into thinking issues they’re interested in are under attack... guns and abortion
We have no government. My congresswoman, a Democrat Afghanistan vet who twice won her formerly Republican district running ads of herself in uniform in front of military aircraft, is AWOL. No press release, no social media and no response to an email from me on the Afghanistan debacle.
If they did something like this they would have to do it before losing control of Congress and lose Senate seats, because then a Republican Congress could appoint Donald Trump as Speaker of The House then impeach both Biden and Kamala, and Trump becomes President.

However, a Republican Congress would NEVER appoint Trump. Ever. They hate the man - full stop.
Psaki said Biden consulted with Obama, and some people took that to mean they were talking for hours every day. But it could have been only once a week or once a month or, knowing Jen, never.
