You’re right but its not just Biden acting arbitrarily. This is a much bigger problem in general. Our laws are now applied in a situational fashion. The Constitution is widely viewed as a pliable document subject to varying interpretations. And capricious and political courts now run the country. Bottom line: Our political framework and governing principles are under assault.
