I have to add, bullying and murderous period! If staff quits because they don't want the vax who will care for the elderly?? No one! A handful of seriously overworked staff will eventually QUIT. This is a very difficult job. The turnnaround rate is high enough as it is. They are already overworked.
I had to care for my 91 year old mom for only one month when she turned immobile before she passed and it was absolutely the most difficult challenge I have ever faced in my life!! It was back braking work and they become VERY obstinate and abusive!! I could NEVER imagine doing this job day after day as a career!!
