We the USA, are being weighed down with immigrants who are non English Speaking, illiterate in their own languages, close to unemployable, and many, who are not terribly interested in becoming a citizen. Oh, and some probably have COVID, but don’t worry about it right now. These are mainly
economic refugees, with little to offer but basic labor.
They will be competing with “Dreamers” and illegals from south of the border for basic level jobs. Welfare, Medicare and Housing.
Maybe it will turn out better than I expect. Hope so.
What else can a citizen do other than hope? “Voting” is not as impactful as it used to be.

Every time I see Middle East ‘refugees’, young men outnumber women and children 20 to 1. Hmmmm.
