Well, in post 15 (“getting Batflu”) above you apparently do. I usually put “case” in parenthesis when it’s regarding a “positive” PCR test of an asymptomatic person. Hell, I don’t think we should even be routinely testing asymptomatic individuals. So no, I don’t consider it to be a disease case (i.e., without the parentheses). It’s highly likely that he is not contagious, IMHO.
How can you say he is highly unlikely to be contagious when all we have been fed is that asymptomatic individuals can spread it easily (hence mandatory masking to “protect others”) and the recent revelation that delta viral load in vaccinated individuals are similar to the unvaccinated?
