Anyone seen the actual letter of resignation yet? What if Cuomo decides not to resign and the Speaker elects not to restart impeachment proceedings?

Cuomo had announced Aug. 10 that he would resign from office in 14 days, but didn’t specify exactly when he would step down. Cuomo filed retirement papers Tuesday, with his retirement effective Sept. 1. Well, he's already pushed it back an extra week, I wouldn't put it past him to try to hold on after 9/1 - by then his resignation headline will be old news. Think Ralph Northam.
