However, he is a licensed Physician who took an oath that states “I will treat without exception all who seek my ministrations, so long as the treatment of others is not compromised thereby...”. While I don't know the details of his particular licensing board but I would assume that their ethics requirements prohibit refusal of professional services to any one in need. If he doesn't feel comfortable treating the unvaccinated, he can close his practice. If he wants to keep his business open he can't claim favorites. Imagine if physicians refused to treat people who haven't taken the flu vaccine, or refused to treat a black person (a circumstance not uncommon in the Jim Crow south).
