My wife and I have both had the virus back in November. We had little problems at the time. We know it was the virus because we keep giving blood and ARC will tell you if you have the antibodies a couple of weeks after giving. Now my wife has doesn’t have the strength or stamina from before the virus. She’s had numerous tests and scans and everything comes back negative.

I had covid in March 2020.

I didn’t have anything rising to the level of Long Haul Covid, IMO, but I added 100 mg. Mega CoQ10 (Ubiquinol) 1xday It improves mitochondrial function. I noticed an improvement after the 1st dose and now take 100mg/1xday 3 days/week.

I;m 78, so I sort of expect some low energy. This was more so before adding CoQ10.
