Kensington has been a white ghetto for many years. It is populated by poor people and refutes the leftist argument that somehow having white colored skin automatically makes you "privileged".
It has all the hallmarks of a culture of poverty - violence, crime, drugs, single motherhood, limited education, unemployment, decayed infrastructure, and poor city services. Note the lack of police and trash everywhere in the video.
