First link references the 2012 study done in SARS2003.

That study focused on antibodies to the N (nucleocapsid) protein. None of the vaccines target that antigen and none produce antibodies to it. Know what does produce antibodies to the N protein? Infection.

Second link again talks about evidence from SARS2003 studies, along with RSV and Dengue vaccine research.

STILL no evidence anywhere of any ADE in vaccinated or reinfected COVID-19 patients.
