Remember when Jimmy Carter presided over the Iran American hostage taking days?
I vividly remember the deliberately timed scene of the Muslims who held the hostages wrapping the garbage in the American flag and carrying it outside for the TV news cameras.
What is a word beyond total outrage?
At least this flag was saved.
That flag represents the USA and should be guarded at all cost from our enemies. I have words for this: “God bless the USA”. Thanks to that soldier.
