A family member has a wedding in California this October. We're trying to determine whether they might see a significant reduction in the number of attendees if the state goes back into more serious lockdowns in the coming months.

Depends on whether king newsom is recalled imho. He’s power drunk. I’d book the whole thing and find a private backyard or venue of some sort for plan b. To date they won’t arrest you in a private space. And then do not wear masks and all that!! You have to defy them! I lived in California until June. La county is the worst but there are ways.

My son is getting married in October as well. The wedding is in Orange County which was fairly rebellious to the lock downs before so we are hopeful. But we are watching closely. I world love to say the people will not let that happen again, but the way they rolled over in LA county is saddening.
