Here is a short video (about 5 minutes) with song-writer Paul Roberts as he is today. He seems like a humble, down-to-earth kind of guy. Pretty cool he's still making a decent living off that one song as a lot of companies have used that song in their commercials.

When my youngest son was briefly in a band, I said to him all you need is one hit and you can be set for life. You might be playing state fairs and wedding receptions the rest of your life but you'll be in demand and the crowd will always come alive for that one song.

Back in the 1990s, I saw Bobby Boris Pickett on a booze cruise. When he went into the "Monster Mash", the crowd went crazy.
