The crooks had to make sure that their numbers didn’t exceed the number of expected registered voters, while flipping a percentage of them from DJT to Xiden. There were flips actually seen on the fake msm commie propaganda broadcasts.
When that wasn’t enough, they shut down and went to plan B: retabulate and/or pull out the strategic reserve boxes of ballots. Which in some cases exceeded total registered voters of some counties. The unrealistic percentages are a red flag on their own.
