He said that to make it effective that you hand write it in your own words and make them read it and sign it and date it.

So far he said not a single employer has signed one. The key is getting the employer to acknowledge that if you are going to get the “jab” that you are doing it under duress and in violation of your deeply held religious convictions.

Turn the tables. If they mandate it, get their signature on a statement that they are forcing you to get vaccinated under duress and in violation of the constitution and your religious beliefs.

Some people need their jobs and their backs are against the wall.

Most likely there aren’t too many HR people that will put their signature on that document. They’ll run it by corporate legal and corporate legal will tell them it’s not worth the fight.

I would be careful of doing a suit or complaint on the basis of religion if that is not the real reason.

Except, maybe, if your religion is Objectivism. Then, of course, you would be telling the world that your religion is to care about nobody but yourself.
