Thanks for your response. Would like to pick your brain again.I would also like to know what vitamin brand etc you take. For example: is the Melaleuca brand good, or Nature Made or Spring Valley brand or does anything work?

I am only jumping in to let you know to NOT use anything (vitamins included) of EQUATE.

I made the mistake of buying the "ADULT 50+" "Complete Multivitamin" from them. I was reading the info on the back (which I should have done BEFORE I bought it), and guess where it is manufactured.. CHINA 🤮.
