What brand do you buy? I hear not all break down and are absorbed well.
Since you did not specify which item you are referring to, I assume you mean QUERCETIN. I agree QUERCETIN does not dissolve vey well in water or an environment which is water based. This is characteristic of quercetin regardless of brand.
In order to help it along I usually double up on the quantity I take, and since QUERCETIN is far more beneficial than harmful I see no reason why not. But this is what I do and leave it up to the individual to make their choice.
