My friends are all making a point of getting sunshine on their skin daily. That is the best that can be done prophylactically where they cannot get HCQ or ivermectin. Ivermectin is available in the cities but they may not travel out of their own communities.
I have advised them to see if they can get Quercetin and zinc. The quercetin might be available in the drug stores. They know to avoid if possible the injections. Their internet is not more censored than ours and they get and translate Doctors like Hoff and Kaufmann and Mercola. I pray for them and for the borders to be reopened. I chafe at not being able to go back.
Heck, I haven’t been outside in a month and a half.

I am a big believer in D3 supplementation. 5000 U daily is the minimum while Cov-xyz is around. Sunlight is not enough unless your health is excellent.
