It is impossible to find any clause of the Constitution that authorizes the Federal government to impose any mandate to wear a mask or get a vaccination.

And that ends the argument. And it didn’t take 157 pages.

The Constitution does empower Congress to make laws, but only Congress. That power cannot be delegated to any other body or agency. Further, the President does not have direct power over The People. His power is to control the executive branch.

It seems the judge didn't take any of this into account.
