but did know that citrus peels/the oils have strong anti-microbial potency.

Even better is the white stuff under the peel....full of flavinoids.

Because the peel is toxic to bugs...the orange fruit is designed to protect the inside.

My mother told me to eat the white part on the inside of the peel, as a child. I used to eat it all the time.

Thanks for that info, I’ll start up again. I eat only organic citrus, nasty nasty stuff on them. Only organic peels should be used for any purpose.
