I’ve had several of these and it appears to be a memory issue. I had too many windows open.
Try alt-control-delete, open your task manager, and go through your google or whatever browser you’re using, and terminate individual pages that are using too much memory (assuming you, like me, have hundreds of tabs open). Or look for any applications that are using too much memory.
Something else that causes this problem for me: My laptop tends to unplug real easy. When it unplugs, it goes to a lower power setting, meaning slower system. It gets slow, can’t handle what I’m doing, and then blue screens me.
You might check your power plug on that laptop, make sure it’s always secure. Maybe unplug it and plug it back in to make sure it’s secure.
All that said, I’m no IT guy. Just sharing what I do to solve the problem on my laptop, except I use a fancy Alienware laptop to play games and such occasionally.
I had 2 tabs open each time this happened .
” You might check your power plug on that laptop”
It’s an all-in-one desktop .
