BREAKING! Sarasota, FL - Dr. Stephen Guffanti was in the emergency department at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, where he shared a room with a fellow COVID-19 diagnosed patient.
Dr. Guffanti became the medical advocate for that patient, who's condition was worsening, and made healthcare workers aware of bacterial pneumonia in that patient.
As a result of his advocacy, Dr. Guffanti reports he was removed from the room, put into 4-point restraints and put into solitary confinement by hospital staff for 4 hours before signing out "against medical advice".
A press conference is scheduled to be held at Sarasota Memorial Hospital on Friday, August 13, 2021 at 12 PM Eastern Time.
PING
Wow! Why?
This is another 1938.
Wake up folks this has NOTHING to do with a f’ing “virus”!
Are “all” patient profiles being utilized in to formulate a patient’s treatment plan ? Voting records, etc. ?
Isn’t there some type of oath these doctors take when they get their licenses? Or are the corporate, tow the hospital corporation line so desperate and beat down that they can’t help themselves.
There are enough holes in the story to fit a Boeing 747.
Today is the 14th.
What happened on the 13th?
Most doctors in my area belong to a corporation for profit organization. I doubt the oath is taken seriously when for profit is the goal
Some missing details.
He shared a room with....
If accurate it means he was admitted to the hospital as a patient.
For what?
So sad.
And how many folks pay that price.
The oath holds as much water as the Naturalization Oath of Allengence to the United States of America...none.
Sadly
He told you exactly why in the video.
I rarely do videos. My hearing is such that it is very difficult to follow the miserable audio most have and added to that is the fact that very few learn how to speak in a manner appropriate for public speaking.
Now if everyone could imitate Lou Dobbs.......
So you might be kind enough to tell us what he was in for.
Listen or watch
He says why he was there.
(Covid positive)
First line of the thread.
.
Googleing the doctor comes up with some very interesting stuff. I liked this one:

I think the hospital will add considerably to his retirement investments.
I have head of other stories of docs getting fired for questioning the CDC and of hospitals threatening doctors if they speak out of turn, but this story is the worst.
