The idea of democracy there was whack and diverted from important mission of denying Al Qaeda a haven. That mission of denying AQ/ISIS a haven was mostly successful by keep about 3000 troops in support of Afghan government with drones.
Obama/Biden is sabotaging this, it is obvious these two want a rise of ISIL or some other chicom backed terrorists.
It could be that it was being sabotaged to hand it over to China so China can get the estimated trillions in rare earths.
It wouldn’t surprise me if Biden was doing China’s bidding in the matter.
