So I have it just in case!! I have to say though that I have been on D3, C, Zinc, Quercetin and NAC from the week all this BS started my doc put all of his patients on this he is in research for autoimmune disorders NOT ONE of his patients has gotten this virus and he has hundreds of patients!! I was very worried because my 91 year old mom was admitted to the hospital a few months ago she was there 4 days and no masks were required in the room!! What dosages of D, C, Z, Q, NAC?
I don’t think you need to worry much, especially if you include NAC which is a precursor to Glutathione a potent immune enhancer. Just make sure you always take two to three times as much C as NAC.
N-Acetyl Cysteine Cautions
When taking N-acetyl cysteine it is recommended that two to three times as much vitamin C be taken at the same time. Failure to do so may result in more harm than good from taking this product because of the prolonged presence of the oxidized form of L-Cysteine. The vitamin C also helps keep the glutathione that is produced from the Cysteine in its reduced form so that it can continue acting as an antioxidant.
