“...while 33 percent of those patients have conditions related to COVID-19.”

Which means 67% if them do NOT have conditions “related to covid”

And what exactly does “conditions related to covid” mean? I want to know because if these people have existing health problems then it is difficult if not impossible to prove the virus is responsible for their hospitalization.

“Related to Covid” might mean that they tested positive by the PCR test with an unknown number of amplification cycles needed before the test picked up a fragment of some thing. Until our government shares with us the number of amplification cycles being used before the threshold is reached for a positive as well as how many people who are in the hospital having tested positive after arrival for something not related to Covid, I don’t believe anything the government or the propaganda media says.

Or because of covid patients, they are 33 percent over and beyond their normal capacity. Either way you slice it, beds are hard to come by these days.
