A Las Vegas landlord accused of shooting dead two female tenants and critically injuring a man in a dispute over unpaid rent allegedly said he’d “handle it his way” instead of trying to evict them.
Arnoldo Lozano Sanchez, 78, shot the three victims inside his home early Wednesday after an argument broke out regarding the rent, police say.
The landlord, who also lived at the home, allegedly laughed and smiled as he opened fire on the victims in their rooms, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
It is not clear how much rent the tenants owed.
Police say a witness told them Sanchez had become enraged about the unpaid rent in the days leading up to the shooting spree.

That doesn’t help the people who never seen the story.
I'm surprised he didn't off himself afterwards. He probably wanted to revel in his deed for a couple of days, though.

It’s obvious that the current administration wants to create chaos. This is just the beginning, in my opinion.
(This is only a small part of it.)
From what the story said the tenants were renting rooms in his house. Now, imagine that your tenants refuse to pay you the rent they owe you and instead every day you have to see them spending money on take out food, t.v.’s, new i-phones etc. (with money that should be paid to you). After awhile you might just lose it and take matters into your own hands, especially if the tenants were mocking you and flaunting the non-payments in your face. You can’t just not deal with them since they are in your face all day, everyday, for months.

I don’t and I at least scan every article here...even so, I missed this until now.
By the way, thanks for posting. I at least scan over articles here and may have blown off the earlier story as it had a different headline and didn’t get my attention.
Usually we berate people who post stories on the same subject when they come from THE SAME SOURCE, which was not the case here. Multiple sources often have unique information and posting them shouldn’t be frowned upon.
Bottom line: Don’t let a Resident Karen here get to you.
I imagine a lot of landlords are sending copies of this article to deadbeats with a note “just saying”.
Democrats no eviction plan not working out well work on plan B.
I Would not be surprised if the victims were his heirs ( before this unpleasantness)
