The free world should be donating more vaccine... Nobody wants it anymore in the US and other countries... So stop hoarding it and send it to countries that actually want it.

The real reason for vaccines is to try to reduce the mutation rate. Vietnam can mutate every bit as effectively as NYC. So there is merit sending vaccines elsewhere — except yesterday’s Mayo Clinic report makes it clear the vaccines are failing against Delta, so maybe there’s no point.
