I had always planned to start taking the flu vaccine when my body became too old and weak to fight of the flu and I don't see how that plan should change for a flu-like disease like COVID.
COVID is a flu-like disease that can kill old people that are already sick. It been hijacked for political purposes but other than that, COVID is just another reoccurring flu/cold infection that humanity has lived with forever without a communist takeover.
There will never be a vaccine for a coronavirus because they mutate so fast. The world has been trying for over 80 years to come up with a vaccine against coronaviruses, it will not happen. We have broad-spectrum antivirals and medication to reduce symptoms severity and aid recovery.
That exactly is the same plan I had.
So I got a flu shot at 80-81-82-83-84,years of age, but did not get one last year because the behavior of fellow American who were masking-social distancing, getting experimental unproven drugs(alleged vaccinations) and shying away from others made me conclude I had a low risk of even getting a common cold,or anything else.
I decided to wait until this coming November. Then the talk about a booster shot in 6 months came out. If these experimental inoculations were working, why would you need a third shot so soon? And why do so many people who got both shots come down with Covid? Why are they pushing drugs on people who have already recuperated from Covid?
Medical talk about this Covid virus and its variants is so out of control, I cannot trust the CDC or our Govt. to give me answers as they have a non- medical agenda - Tom
